SHOPPING QUESTIONS
BMFIT Gear takes pride in their shipping speed. 90% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
Once an order is placed, there will be an email sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order. Note: Please give the tracking number 24-48 hours to update.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. BMFIT does accept returns and exchanges on all their orders as long as the item is in its original and sell-able condition. We accept exchanges up to 60 days after purchasing the item. All seasonal items will have a 30% restocking fee if returned. We only accept items in their original, new condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any form of hats due to hygienic reasons. Returns on other products are accepted. ONLINE COACHING QUESTIONS
Bradley Martyn offers online coaching services. These services are provided by Bradley Martyn and include custom tailored plans made for the individual and can come with “coaching”. Plans with coaching include the custom tailored plan for the individual as well as interaction with Bradley via email for progress monitoring and adjustments to the plan if necessary.
A questionnaire will be sent via email upon purchase of any coaching plan. This questionnaire is used to gather information needed to produce the plan. All plans will be created within 5 days of the client’s submission of the questionnaire. All coaching interaction is completed via email.
All plans are sent in PDF format via email and all coaching is done via email interaction. Any specific coaching instructions will be laid out in the plan that is sent in PDF format via email.
If you have not received your plan within 5 days of submitting your questionnaire then please contact support@bradleymartyn.com to find the status of your plan.
